Dear Arttangent Customer:

Arttangent (www.arttangent.com) will obtain virtual design data (hereinafter referred to as ‘customer data’) from customers during the period of providing free 3D file format conversion services to customers. The relevant intellectual property rights and complete ownership of such design data belong to customers. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of customers, the company solemnly promises as follows:

1. Not to disclose customer data in any form to any third party who is not obligated to keep confidentiality unless expressly authorized in writing by the customer;

2. Not to assist any third party who is not obligated to keep confidentiality in any form to use customer data;

3. During the format conversion period, keep the customer data properly, and delete the customer data within three days after the business is completed, unless the first condition above is met;

4. If the above-mentioned customer data is found to be leaked, the company will take effective measures to prevent the further expansion of the leak and report it to the customer in a timely manner;

5. If the company violates the above commitments, the customer whose rights are infringed has the right to pursue the company's responsibility, and the company will bear the economic loss and reputation loss caused to the customer;

6. This letter of commitment will take effect after it is signed and sealed by the company, and is valid for one year. After this commitment letter takes effect, if the company and the customer sign a separate confidentiality agreement on the confidentiality of customer data, this commitment letter will become invalid when the separately signed confidentiality agreement takes effect.
